The goal of the High School Sunday only program is to introduce the sport of triathlon. It is designed to align with other activities of the busy high school student while allowing them to develop the skills necessary to be competitive and have fun in triathlon. The program encourages lifetime participation and health with an opportunity to pursue a high performance racing if the athlete desires. Groups are a loose division based on skills, emphasis is on avoiding traumatic experiences and encouraging athletes to reach their goals.
