The goal of the youth program is to introduce the sport of triathlon in a way that encourages lifetime participation and health with an opportunity to pursue a high performance racing if the athlete desires. Age groups are a loose division based on skills, emphasis is on avoiding traumatic experiences and encouraging athletes to reach their goals.
This registration is for Sunday only practices. If you would like additional workouts - checkout the multiple practices version of the session.
Grouping: 8-10 years; 11-12 years; 13-18 years
This registration is for multiple practices and/or weekly Training Peaks workouts. If you would like to workout only on Sundays - checkout the Sundays only work out.

The USA Triathlon Multisport National Championships Festival event will be held June 5 -June 9, 2024 in Omaha, Nebraska.
These events are OPEN for registration to all athletes. Athletes do not need to qualify for races taking place at Multisport Nationals, and athletes of all abilities are invited to race.
Showcasing the sport’s offering of multiple race formats, the Multisport National Championships Festival will include six National Championship events: Draft-legal Triathlon National Championships; Duathlon (run-bike-run) National Championships; Aquathlon (swim-run) National Championships; Aquabike (swim-bike) National Championships; Super Sprint Triathlon Time Triathlon National Championships; Age Group Mixed Relay National Championships. The event also includes an open water swim competition.
All races will be held at Lake Cunningham.
